This achievement can be a bore, as not many guns have over 30 rounds. One way, although long, is to continue to grab pistols and fire them randomly. For 200 easy bullets, the survivor Bret has a machine gun with that many. The gunstore is also a good location, although the psychopath may be a bit of a problem if under-armed. Finding Mini-Uzi's also help.
