Lost and Found
Dispatch 10 probes to retrieve people or resources in Reaper territory.
25/Bronze
When you enter a Reaper-controlled system, which is represented by a Reaper hovering over it on the galaxy map, you have the option to scan the system for War Assets. Pressing the scan button scans an area around the Normandy, and if you have found anything a red circle will pop up around the planet in question. To acquire the Asset, enter the orbit of the planet and use on-screen prompts to scan the planet's surface. Move the scanner in the direction indicated by the white line until you encounter a white dot, then use on-screen prompts to dispatch the probe. Do this ten times to unlock the achivement, but be warned: excessive scanning in a system will alert the Reapers to your presence (see also: Untouchable achivement).

Every weapon in the game can be upgraded with up to two mods, which are themselves spread throughout the game's levels and the stores. To get this achivement, you must apply a mod to a weapon, which can be done via the squad menu before a mission starts - select the weapon you want to mod, press Square to go to the mod screen, select the mod you want to attach and press X to attach it to the weapon. While on a mission, you can only mod weapons at weapon benches, and the first weapon mods you find will be on the Priority: Mars mission.

Bruiser
Kill 100 enemies with melee attacks. Kills are tracked across all playthroughs and multiplayer.
10/Bronze
Melee attacks can be executed using the Circle button, and a heavy melee by holding it. In order to count for this trophy, the killing blow must be delivered by a melee attack.
Untouchable
Escape a Reaper on the galaxy map.
10/Bronze
This achievement can be earned by travelling to a Reaper-controlled star cluster on the galaxy map and scanning enough to alert the Reapers. When the Reapers enter the system, return to the Mass Relay as fast as possible and plot the relay jump. The Reapers can also be escaped by leaving the star system to travel to another in the same cluster, although the Reapers will still be in the system until you complete another mission.
Overload Specialist
Overload the shields of 100 enemies. Overloads are tracked across all playthroughs and multiplayer.
15/Bronze
Use the Overload power to deplete the shields of 100 enemies. In order to count, the Overload must remove the enterity of the shield. Also, overloads used by squadmates do not count - the player must be the origin of the power. In singleplayer, Overload is a power available to the Engineer and Sentinel classes, and in multiplayer it is available to the Geth Engineer, Human Engineer, Turian Sentinel and Turian Ghost Infiltrator characters.

Lift 100 enemies off the ground with powers. Lifts are tracked across all playthroughs and multiplayer.
15/Bronze

A 'lift' is an attack that lifts enemies into the air or throws them to the ground. Specific lift powers are available to the following classes: Soldier (Concussive Shot), Adept (Singularity, Pull, Throw), Sentinel (Throw, Lift Grenade) and Vanguard (Pull). Note that the squadmate powers will not count towards this achivement.
Pyromaniac
Set 100 enemies on fire with powers. Fires are tracked across all playthroughs and multiplayer.
15/Bronze
The following player classes have abilities that can set enemies alight: Soldier (Incendiary Ammo), Engineer (Incinerate), Infiltrator (Incinerate) and Vanguard (Incendiary Ammo). Note that squadmate powers will not count towards this achivement.
Eye of the Hurricane
Kill a Brute when its charging you. This achievement can also be earned in multiplayer.
10/Bronze
This achivement can be awkward, but if done correctly can be easy. To earn this achivement you must kill a Brute while it is performing its special Charge attack. The best way to do this is to get it down to half a quarter health then get far away from it, forcing it to perform its Charge attack. It will squat down right before it charges, which works as a signal to open fire. Note that if you don't move out of the way as you shoot, the Brute will hit you and interrupt your attack. If you are having trouble, try using the Adrenaline Rush power to slow down time. Brutes are encountered on most missions where the enemies are the Reapers, starting with Priority: Palaven.
Mail Slot
Kill 10 guardians with headshots from the front when their sheilds are active. Mail Slots are tracked across all playthroughs and muliplayer.

Hijack an Atlas Mech. This achievement can also be earned in multiplayer.
10/Bronze

Giant Killer
Defeat a Harvester.
10/Bronze
Harvesters can be found in the missions Priority': Thessia, Priority: Earth, Tuchanka: Turian Platoon and the DLC mission Namakli: Leviathan. This achivement cannot be missed, as the Harvesters must be killed in order to progress on the missions Priority: Earth, Tuchanka: Turian Platoon and Namakli: Leviathan.
